At Bathroom Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your renovation; if a fixture doesn't fit your vision, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer crates or boxes, ensuring all hardware and installation manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized vanity units.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fixtures for damage, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
